Jack Afro have signed a deal with Sony's latest indie label 1965 Records with their debut single expected to be released in mid May. The single, the first output for the label, features the track “Take Me Home" and comes backed with "Town Street" and "Just Leave". It will be available on limited edition (1,000 copies) 7” vinyl and download formats.

On Sunday, 2nd April Jack Afro will be shooting the video for “Take Me Home” and are looking for anyone that is interested in appearing as an extra to meet outside the Corn Exchange in Leeds shortly at 9am.

On 29th March Jack Afro will play live at the London launch for 1965 Records, which is headed up by James Endeacott (The Libertines, The Strokes), whilst the label's marketing and distribution will be via the Columbia Label Group.
